What Is Enfleshment?
Enfleshment is a Completion Stage realization that emerges when we can repose inwardly amid any degree of intensity, intimacy, or paradox. Enfleshment occurs by choosing the path of endarkenment when we integrate all the shadows and any core evil that dwells within due to unresolved core erotic wounds. In Master Class 1, we practice the meditations that empower us to be with any quality that presents itself.
However, we gain the inner strength to remain present with whatever emerges by facing and integrating our Core Erotic Wounds during our personal Grail Journey, which is one aspect of endarkenment. We cover the Grail Journey in Master Class 2. The other aspect is to navigate and integrate our core evil, which we study in Master Class 3.
Prior to realizing the Completion Stage, we will suffer unconscious chakra recoils that project us away from the unerring potency that dwells in our midline.
Recoils occur anytime we are efferent, and thus, not inwardly centered in the midline.
Recoils drive our behavior based on outside influences, because we have 'not yet' landed in a deep state of repose inside our midline. Therefore, our consciousness is not centered or grounded. Our consciousness does not belong to us. Why? Because it is efferently driven, disembodied, and dissociated.
Put another way, efference recoils consciousness out of the body and away from the midline into dissociation.
Amid dissociation, the subsequent fragmentation of consciousness splits apart our Soul forces of thinking, felt-sense, will. Then, our Psychotic Core can take control of our Soul, and then we will express the shadows of the Beast, which is an aspect of Core Evil (see below).
To realize Completion Stage, we choose to inwardly repose in our infinite midline. If we inwardly dwell deep enough, our consciousness will build an unwavering strength of neutral that is called Sacred Repose. The fulcrum practice for Sacred Repose is wait in nothing for nothing for as long as it takes. I AM then descends our midline to implode in our cells, suffusing them with infinite consciousness. Once infinite consciousness of I AM lands in our cells, it is our second birth, which is enfleshment, the Completion Stage.
Your Completion Stage realization
can be shared with others
through touch amid a field of mutuality
that creates Sacred Communion
Mutuality is a fulcrum that unites
the masculine and feminine principles
- when you can repose in a dynamic tension of opposites -
it alchemically turns your shadows into gifts
that then can become transpersonal powers, or Siddhis
~ This Is The Fruit Of Your Grail Journey ~
Each shadow that you integrate reunites with its corresponding opposite
and the corresponding inner war dissolves in mutuality
Choosing to participate in a mutual group field with others renders powerless all of the ego's efferent recoil strategies that prevent your contact with the unerring potency that dwells in the midline of every cell. You choose to inwardly dwell infinitely in your center or midline while your heart's self-existing radiance emanates inner-body wisdom that reunites body with consciousness and love: this Completion Stage is your second birth, or enfleshment.
Again, when the pulse of self-existing radiance emanates from your heart field, it suffuses inside your cells and you enjoy a body-felt Sacred Communion with all that is. Although the realization of enfleshment is your second birth, without mutuality, you risk aborting your second birth and may suffer endless recoils to the potency.
Your second birth occurs in mutuality
during Meditation, Stillness Touch Sessions, and Private Intensive's
In summary, if you do not inwardly repose infinitely, you risk loosing your center, the midline of infinite consciousness> Therefore, consciousness does not descend your midline, mutuality dissolves, and you can get trapped in the polar extremes of dualism, which causes an inner war between the masculine and feminine expressions that automatically recoil you from the midline. In other words, instead of enjoying your second birth, you suffer your inner war: Kylea Taylor Link
While indwelling in mutuality
you dare not offer medical touch that separates all things
because you clearly understand it is unethical conduct
In mutuality, the ego and Superego are NOT in charge because they are no longer the center of your perception, nor are they the sovereign principle that governs your life.
Amid mutuality, the ego and Superego cannot drive the bus of your life
The ego's job is to separate all things. It separates by objectification, which artificially breaks the whole into parts, and the subsequent misperception of brokenness creates an inner war in the midline. Thus, it behooves you to not permit the nervous system, the ego, or the Superego to guide you during sessions or in life. I cannot in good conscience subscribe to the allopathic medical principle that asserts 'life is meaningless and the body is a machine that we can manipulate and overcome death' or 'we are separate from one another and thus, we must conceal ‘personal’ information from one another ... for safety!'
Medical Philosophy And Practice Separates You From All Things
This Is Nonsense In A Completion Stage Realization
Mutual Communion emerges amid an indwelling Sacred Repose while in the company of others. Mutuality creates We, a unified mutual heart-field that realizes the body is consciousness and love.
Mutuality creates an embodied neutral field of infinite unerring potency
that emanates a vertical column of
stillness-as-consciousness:
this is the midline
and its infinite unerring potency informs us during sessions and in life
Why No Access To The Midline?
Orienting to neutral is taught in non-osteopathic biodynamic trainings. This fundamental error creates the tad pole neutral, which is NOT a biodynamic neutral that the osteopaths synchronize with: COMPARISON.
Again, with no access to midline, we have no contact with the indwelling protective field of unerring potency. We can then become playthings of inertia, which recoils our presence away from the midline's unerring potency. If the strength of our Soul collapses under the weight of our efferent inertial recoils, we can get trapped in the disembodied ascending domain of hyperfeminine consciousness. Here, we become overly passive or even paralyzed in our will, due to fear and uncertainty. Or, we can get stuck in the hypermasculine consciousness and the empty void guides us because we have no access to our midline. Both extremes can occur at the same time, which can be crazy-making.
If we are stuck in the polar extremes:
ascend into bliss (desire) or the empty void (terror)
we loose access to our midline,
and recoil from the unerring potency,
which increases our separation from Source.
Mutuality Emanates An Infinite Neutral Midline Of Stillness
Important: Neutral and the midline are not objects that we orient to
As mentioned, orienting to the midline or neutral creates the tad pole neutral. Then, our presence of stillness pervades the Cerebrospinal fluid, brain, spinal cord and dura. By contrast, in a biodynamic neutral, our whole body and auric field is suffused by our presence of stillness.
What Is Midline?
Midline is a spiritual fulcrum that exists in every cell so, it exists beyond the nervous system, the ego, and Superego's narcissism. Given that everyone enjoys the same unerring potency in their midline, it makes no sense to conceal our biography from others. That is a medical-model misperception. Sharing our biography is a descending current spiritual practice that opens the participant's heart field as an organ of perception in mutuality. To counter the ego's fear-based refusal to share personal details with others, Biography Work is a powerful exercise that establishes mutuality (Read The Human Life: Understanding Your Biography).
Biography work involves active listening to someone who shares their life story. We discover that each person's journey is sacred and we realize that everyone's life is informed by individual, cultural, and universal truths.
Rudolf Steiner-inspired Biography Work is based on phenomenology developed by Johann Wolfgang von Goethe.
By contrast, due to medical ethics, we must keep personal information secret because 'we are separate from others who may be our enemy.' By wielding the threat of separation, isolation, ethical misconduct, and danger paralyzes our will, which is a means of control that enforces compliance to the authority (guru).
If unconscious terror paralyzes our will,
we can become zombies and play things
at the service of leaders who emanate anti-life force.
Terror is a modern cultural epidemic, that has spread like an infection, that has exponentially increased the number of human zombies on our planet each day; have you noticed it? Nearly a century ago, Sri Aurobindo, Rudolf Steiner, Jung, and other descending current heart masters predicted this. Here we are.
Discernment Of Recoils In Recipients
Being controlled by inertia is the opposite of indwelling in neutral:
Inertia diminishes the unerring potency, while neutral builds its strength
We can determine the degree that inertial forces are in charge by bravely perceiving all the recoils that express in ourselves and others. The presence of a recoil is a specific sign that the inertial anti-life forces are in control.
The First Step Is Self-Discernment
When recoils diminish the indwelling potency, our Soul forces - thinking, felt-sense, will - can get co-opted.
Our Soul forces are weakened by their shadows - doubt, hatred, terror
Recall that the Psychotic Core is a Superego complex that co-opts the Soul forces of thinking, felt-sense, will, which then express their corresponding shadows, which Rudolf Steiner coined the Three Beasts. When the three beasts take control of our three Soul forces, they express the following:
Doubt is the head center shadow of thinking - which can become arrogance, a demonic force
Hatred is the heart center shadow of felt-sense - which can become self-hatred, a demonic force
Terror is the pelvic center shadow of will - which can become paralysis of the will, a demonic force
Steiner's Esoteric Lessons 1-5 graphically characterize the Three Beasts: Click Here
We Need Discernment To Observe Recoils
Discernment only emerges if we let in the Shiva.
It is Consciousness (Shiva) that bestows to us the capacity to discern.
Shiva's Gift Of Discernment
Shiva is illuminative consciousness that gifts us with the perceptual clarity to see when a recipient's chakra fields are co-opted by inertial forces of the empty void (fear) or if they are stuck in the virtual bliss of the ascending current (desire).
Shiva illuminates the degree and which anti-life forces are in control of a recipient's three primary centers of potency - head, heart, pelvis. With discernment, we can perceive how deeply inertia has taken over.
When the heart becomes our organ of perception Shiva emerges
Discernment grows stronger when we can Be Still. That means we can recognize, face, and remain unwaveringly present to any degree of anti-life force whenever we encounter them. In other words, we enjoy the gifts of insight, discrimination, and discernment each time we face and can be with the 'astral' (emotionally unprocessed) shadow bombs that can explode whenever a recipient is unprepared to be with inner depth or with their shadows.
Bypass
Underprepared recipients bypass contact with the unerring potency by rushing into a depth that they are NOT capable of navigating. When this classic spiritual bypass builds in intensity, it unleashes the emotional explosions of hidden shadows.
When these explosive recoils manifest, we can ask ourselves as practitioner 'How much inertia is expressing in this recipient's chakra fields?'
Why Discern Inertia, Isn't That Diagnosis?
Without Shiva's gift of discernment, we become an unconscious plaything of the empty void, which are the anti-life forces. Our disembodied Superego will magnetically pull anti-life forces inside our subtle body and then inertial forces easily recoil our consciousness away from the unerring potency, which becomes a habit ... that we are totally unaware of.
Recoils block the unerring potency, which freely overflows with infinite life-force that pulses inside every cell in the body.
According to embodied healing disciplines, an altered or blocked life-flow causes dis-ease.
If we possess Shiva's gift of discernment, we clearly see the degree that the empty void possesses us, or another person: we can observe the depth and the frequency of the recoils to the potency that, as visible reflexive involuntary movements, alter the functions of the chakra fields and therefore, distort our whole body functioning.
Here, depth refers to the degree that inertia controls the chakras, which block the potency by co-opting our Soul forces of thinking, felt-sense, will.
Unwinding
NOTE: Unwinding is not a topic or an aspect of biodynamic cranial osteopathy or post-biodynamics. I discuss it because a so-called "post-biodynamic" teacher inspires graduates to unwind. I saw her students unwinding in my Prague Classes in May 2022, which ended my connection with that "teacher."
Prior to those 2022 classes, the last time I witnessed unwinding was in 1998 in Hugh Milne's functional cranial classes. Imagine seeing for the first time in twenty seven years practitioners unwinding on the table during a post-biodynamic Master Class.
After witnessing unwinding in those Prague classes, I asked biodynamic osteopaths in my France class about unwinding and they did not know anything about it, nor had they ever seen patients express it on the table. I had never seen my clients unwind either. Later, I wrote some 2022 Prague class participants and asked if they knew why unwinding was occurring in my class. Here is what I was told:
The Prague teacher offers a module on unwinding to realize a second birth:
Four people unwind one person on the table who visualize
themselves going through their birth canal
to realize a second birth
Unwinding is, by definition, a nervous system-driven functional practice. If unwinding is taught as a 'post biodynamic' modality to realize the second birth, it is obvious that the biodynamic teacher has kinked. Kinked means their Superego took control. Once that occurs, you will observe teachers sharing megalomaniac ideas based on fantasy.
For example, a teacher-guru who contaminates the potency might teach something like this:
'unwinding is a way to realize our post biodynamic second birth.'
Another misconception by the Prague teacher is visible physical tremors and bodily vibrations during Stillness Touch are a spiritual phenomenon - they are the Sacred Tremor or Spanda. Actually, the Sacred Tremor is invisible, it is sensed in the body and it pulses universally.
Such a misunderstanding fails to recognize: 1) that visible motion is a deviation from the unerring potency; 2) visible motion is a manifestation of the nervous reactions; 3) overestimating the value of visible motions lead to the mistaken impression that the movement of the body itself is the spiritual goal of the session. Idealizing visible motion creates the illusion of spiritual realizations where there are none. In fact, deviations are a valuable indicator that there is inertia or tension present that needs to be integrated, not idealized.
VISIBLE TREMORS IN A SESSION IS NOT THE SPANDA
THEY ARE RECOILS FROM UNERRING POTENCY
TO CONFUSE THIS WITH THE SACRED IS DELUSIONAL
The influence that megalomaniacal teachers have on their students, and on post-biodynamics is, unfortunately, a sign of the times.
What Is Unwinding?
An overwhelmed client can go into shutdown (freeze response), which is like a possum playing dead; they can dissociate from their bodily sensations; or a client can exhibit the fight-flight response, which is an expressed dissociation characterized by visible body movements that mechanically repeat, sometimes in a wild fashion, accompanied by dramatically expressed emoting. This is known as unwinding, or Somato-Emotional Release (SER) in Upledger's functional craniosacral therapy. Dr.Upledger touted his unwinding as a deep therapeutic process.
In authentic biodynamics and in post-biodynamics, unwinding movements do not arise. Why? Because unwinding is a reflexive fight-flight-freeze reactivity to stress that is mediated by the sympathetic nervous system as a protective defense mechanism. If unwinding occurs in neutral or during primary respiration, it is a client's call for help: it confesses that the client’s unable to arrive at a resolution with something that they encountered or was introduced into their system by the practitioner. Unwinding is a warning signal that says 'overwhelm is near' - and it indicates that your client risks being re-traumatized.
Unwinding can occur if the client is overly defended, or when the practitioner is NOT neutral, and thus pushes or leads the client to make "something" happen during a session. There are practitioners very skilled at unwinding who overtly brag about “popping” or "exploding" the client, meaning that they triggered the client into an intensely cathartic emotional unwinding dissociative process.
Not surprisingly, I receive virulent feedback from unwinding practitioners who totally disagree with the biodynamic disposition on unwinding, but there is no way to argue with a practitioner who has not broken through their own "practitioner efference threshold.”
Frankly, this is not my opinion, it is a fact in biodynamic cranial osteopathy that will reveal itself as such only when a practitioner stops efferently doing to a client and instead, abides with clients in mutuality. The only time I see unwinding in a biodynamic session is when the client has already been conditioned to express it, and even then, if it is not engaged by the practitioner, it quickly fizzles out on its own. Otherwise, I have not seen unwinding in biodynamic sessions, nor do I know any biodynamic osteopath who has observed it.
~ Modified from Stillness Appendix 2: Unwinding
Functional cranial schools, such as Upledger's Craniosacral Therapy and Milne's Visionary Craniosacral Work, teach unwinding in their classes. Practitioners are specifically instructed on how to evoke unwinding in clients who, in turn, display visible bodily motions, which is touted as a therapeutic method. In a functional practice, unwinding is fine. However, during an osteopathic biodynamic cranial session or post-biodynamic Stillness Touch, visible bodily motions are viewed as neurological reflex patterns that repeat inertial motions of recoil that shutdown the fractal expressions of life.
Clearly, unwinding is functional,
not biodynamic
and even less so is unwinding post-biodynamic
Unwinding is a Bypass Strategy
that Recoils Us from Neutral and the Potency
Visible inertial motions of recoil are NOT therapeutic - they are anti-biodynamic forces.
Advanced Post-biodynamics
Chakra Recoils
Chakra recoils alert the practitioner that a recipient is suffering spiritual, mental, psycho-emotional, or physical imbalances.
Recoils exhibit the following observable visible signs:
Emoting, tears, sweating, quivering lips, moaning and other noises, rapid breathing or heaving breath. We see the body vibrate, shake, convulse, twitch, and jerk. We see repeating motions in the forehead, eyes, face, jaw, lips, mouth, tongue, and chin, the neck arches, there is the lifting of the head, there are sit-up like motions, arching of the low back, and pelvic thrusting, movements in the arms, hands, fingers, legs, feet, toes, etc.
When the body visibly moves and emotes it is a language without words
to alert us that recoils are present in different bodily areas that correlate with the chakras.
If the class group field dwells in mutuality while these visible bodily recoil motions express, we clearly witness a vast array of recoils from the potency. During a contact demo, I will sometimes point out examples of recoil while they manifest.
Neutral Resolves Recoils
Gradually, while the potency builds in neutral, it creates an unwavering field of stillness in which the inertial motions become smaller, less visible, and the tempo of their movements slow to a standstill. The recipient's breath slows and becomes deeper. Then, all the bodily motions disappear in stillness:
Whole-body Stillness Is Neutral
Stillness Touch escorts a recipient to neutral
- as whole body stillness -
that is guided by Pure Breath of Love.
However, when a person is possessed by the empty void, the potency in their body gets depleted, and they may become a plaything of inertia. Here, we observe the opposite:
We see the visible bodily recoils increase
after the touch is over!
In other words, after removing our hands at the end of a session, the recipient expresses visible inertial motion recoils. Why is there visible inertial motion after the session? Because inertia took charge of the body during the session. This indicates that the recipient was not able to find neutral or be with the potency during the session. Many factors evoke recoils that prevent neutral: most are practitioner induced while other recoils are from recipient bypass (See Chart links below, and read Master Class 1 & 2 Study Guides).
Visible inertial bodily movements are not living expressions of the potency, they are the opposite: inertial motion diminishes the potency and creates reflexive neurological recoils and involuntary motions take over the body. This is opposite to a living activity of the neutral in stillness.
The larger the bodily movements
the farther consciousness is from the midline.
Generally, if consciousness is located in the periphery, we are not in contact with our center, the midline. The result is our disembodied consciousness dwells in the anti-life domains of the empty void, which is the source of all the inertial motions that become disease.
When we dwell in the midline, stillness suffuses the whole body.
How Do Specific Chakra Fields Manifest Recoils To Potency?
Let's look at one example of a recoil in Chakra 7, the crown and apply it to all the chakras.
Chakra 7
Whenever we express exalted ideas such as "I am in direct contact with a specific Deity" (Name any deity, Mother Mary, White Tara, Christ, Buddha, a Guru, etc.). Essentially, this Superego narcissistic assertion of 'I am special' is a strategy that entraps consciousness in spiritual narcissism to feed our deficient emptiness. The result of such false assertions is our felt-sense of separation grows stronger. Then, to compensate for the subsequent deeper sense of deficiency, we invent even more fantastical assertions about 'divine connections' until we become a megalomaniac, which says something like 'I am the Divine instrument of the Goddess.'
Terror of the empty void is an epidemic core-wound of the Western psyche that leads to the false sense that 'I am above others because I have a direct personal contact with God and Goddess.' How can I be so special when all living beings are connected to one divinity?
But we believe in our specialness even though actually we are stuck in the empty void and we dwell in dissociation amid the disembodied ascending planes.
The empty void of inertia is the source of recoil
We may not be aware of what is happening when recoils express in our chakra fields due a wound of false innocence so, we may lack discernment because we are not in touch with our midline (See discussion on shutting out the Shiva above). With the gift of discernment, we clearly observe that repeating bodily motions are recoils when they emerge during Stillness Touch sessions.
Expressing visible bodily movements is a strategy that gets consciousness as far away as possible from the midline and the living potency.
Here are charts to study as context for what follows:
Recoils in the Chakra Fields - From Chapter 3 Stillness Touch:
www.dynamicstillness.com/NewWebsite/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/Figure-6.jpeg
In the link below are some of the practitioner recoils that are taught in the curriculum of the biodynamic craniosacral therapy schools. Each of the listed recoils keep a practitioner away from the midline and under the nervous system and ego's control, which lands them in the empty void and not in neutral. Can you imagine the impact of combining all these recoils while you offer biodynamic sessions?:

This link shows how each chakra field can recoil us from the midline and the potency (Developed by Neil Cohen in eBook BEYOND STILLNESS: Meditations For Practitioners):

Fears - Neutral - Desires
See if you can integrate the chakra recoils from the Ethics of Caring Chart:www.dynamicstillness.com/NewWebsite/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/Ethics.pdf
Reminder:
Chakra fields overlap & so do recoils
The Three Soul Forces:
Thinking (Head) - Felt-Sense (Heart) - Will (Pelvis)
- Exalted ideas and arrogance are recoils of the thinking in the head: arrogance got the Devil expelled from heaven
- False assertions, which boast of the degree of our embodiment and enfleshment is a felt-sense recoil in the heart
- Visible bodily motions are recoils of the will; these are blocks in the pelvis to stop Eros from rising to the heart
Chakra 7 - Crown Recoils
Let's look at Chakra 7 crown recoils mentioned above: beside expressing exalted ideas such as 'I am personally connected to the Deity.' I may also falsely believe that 'the Deity is guiding me to treat myself because I am her instrument.'
Fantasies manifest in many other ways to puff up my deficient ego by using arrogance (See Chakra 4 below, particularly note the hand signals that treat specific areas of the body).
Chakra 7 Mental-Emotional Imbalances
- Diminished inspiration, confusion, depression, feelings of alienation, isolation, loneliness, deficient emptiness, arrogance.
- Overemphasis on needing external authority figures such as a teacher or guru for accessing spiritual wisdom or guidance. This does not invalidate teachers or gurus, yet, in our modern times we are being called to self-empower by cultivating for ourselves access to and connection with our inner Divine Authority, Will, and Guidance.
- Hesitation or unwillingness to serve others; rather we prefer to be served by others. This is a bodily confession - we need others to help with everything we do - our victimhood is not conscious.
Chakra 7 Physical Imbalances
Senility, Dementia, Doubt, Suspicion, Vigilance, Arrogance, etc.
Chakra 6 - Third Eye Recoils
Observable rapid eye motions (REM), blinking eyes, eyebrows rapidly move, the eyes roll up into the head, the head turns left and right and lifts up and down, arching of the neck. These visible motions in the forehead, eyes, nose, lips, jaw, face, and neck are not only rapid, they also repeat the same motion patterns over and over.
Inertial patterns repeat whereas fractal patterns are never the same twice.
Chakra 6 Mental-Emotional Imbalances
- Lack of concentration.
- Poor discernment, no connection with our intuition.
- Over-reliance on books, information, and sources outside of oneself, which isn’t to invalidate deep study, yet we emphasize self-empowerment by developing intuitive perception and wisdom.
- Fear, cynicism, tension, and nightmares.
- Detachment from the material world.
Chakra 6 Physical Imbalances
Headaches, eye problems, sinuses.
Chakra 5 - Throat Recoils
After a contact demo, or after the Stillness Touch session is over, we observe the recipient express numerous and varied visible throat Chakra 5 recoils: rapidly changing movements and expressions of the nose-jaw-lips-mouth. The mouth opens and closes repeatedly, the showing and gnashing of the teeth, rapid breathing, making of noises, arching of the neck, to name a few.
Chakra 5 Mental-Emotional Imbalances
- Communication and speech problems.
- Lack of mental clarity.
- Overly intellectual.
- Illusions and self-deception.
- Knowledge is used unwisely, lack of discernment, depression.
Chakra 5 Physical Imbalances
Thyroid problems, digestion and metabolism is out of balance.
Chakra 4 - Heart Recoils
Observable ever-changing rapid movements of the arms, hands, and fingers. The fingers and thumbs may form what appear to be 'secret' hand signals, which resemble mundras. The hand-finger gestures seem to point to specific places on the body as though a self-treatment is being given to specific areas of their own body.
In other words, the recipient is giving themselves a treatment during a Stillness Touch session!
Who is driving the bus here?
Who (or what) is in charge of that self-session?
Is it the ego, the neutral, the living potency, or Pure Breath of Love?
NOTE: As mentioned, we can see how one chakra recoil combines with other chakra recoils. For example, we can correlate Chakra 7 and Chakra 4 when there is an idea that 'a Divine Deity is treating me by using my hand gestures to treat areas on my body.'
Chakra 4 Mental-Emotional Imbalances
- Repression of love.
- Emotional instability, out of balance, and out of harmony with life.
- Unable to shift between polar extremes, long transitions times are required.
- Narcissism, overly concerned with the self, me.
- Feeling separate from others, our body, and life.
- Restless wandering.
- Lack of concern for the larger evolutionary perspective of a mutual group consciousness.
- Misplaced devotion or affections; either physical, emotional, or spiritual in nature.
- Unhealthy, or inappropriate projection of love (or hate) onto others; trying to retrieve one's own lack of self-love from external sources.
Chakra 4 Physical Imbalances
Heart and circulation problems.
Chakra 3 - Solar Plexus Recoils
Observable whole-body convulsions that resemble sit-ups, hands placed on the solar plexus and gut region, the knees are bent, there is moaning, whole-body shaking, twitching, undulating, and trembling.
Chakra 3 Mental-Emotional Imbalances
- We take in more than we can assimilate and utilize physically, emotionally, or mentally.
- Over-identified with the lower psychic abilities of the astral planes.
- Too much emphasis placed upon pursuits of power, or gaining personal recognition.
- Pride, vanity, and overly controlling.
- Competition and power struggles with others.
- The pursuit of self-centered goals and ambitions.
- Abuse of power.
- A lack of enthusiasm for life.
- An overcompensated need for external stimulation to feel alive.
- Overly intellectual at the expense of one's instincts, needs, feelings, or intuition.
- Fear, cowardice, lack of confidence.
- Anger, hate, impulsiveness, rashness, violence.
- Passions are out of control.
- Blocks in the feelings, emotions, sensations, and recoils of our Eros to prevent it from rising from the pelvis up to the heart, ... by being judgmental, critical, and controlling of our erotic feelings and of others.
- Creating separation and opposition due to an unconscious need to uphold one's illusion of power by trying to prove one's self worth.
- Giving one's power away to external authority figures.
- Lack of healthy boundaries, negative vulnerability.
- Lack of strength and vitality, fatigue.
- Inability to relax and slowdown; always pushing forward and outward.
Chakra 3 Physical Imbalances
Digestive problems, ulcers, symptoms in the pancreas, liver, gallbladder, and stomach. Addiction to stimulating substances.
Chakra 2 - Pelvis Recoils
Expressing visible pelvic thrusts and pelvic arching, sensuous noises, panting and breathing, the bending of the knees, fetal position.
Chakra 2 Mental-Emotional Imbalances
- Lack of acceptance and love for one's emotional self, the rejection of our Inner Child's basic feelings and needs.
- An imbalance in one's ability to give and receive.
- Fear of intimacy.
- Blocking of and repressing one's feelings, desires, sensations, and sensitivity.
- Over-identification with the physical body.
- Extreme behaviors due to a suppression or over-indulgence of food, sex, or pleasure.
- Irresponsible, inappropriate, and excessive pursuit of sensual and sexual gratification.
- Misuse of sexual energy, using sex to control, manipulate, gain security, or artificially inflate one’s self-esteem.
- Feelings of lack, of being insufficient, inadequate, ... 'I am not enough.'
- Greed, jealousy, and envy to over-compensate for inner feelings of lack, deficient emptiness, and inadequacy.
- Misuse of manipulation, possessiveness, attachment, and deceit to get what one desires.
- Fear of change, lack of fluidity, unable to flow with life's ever-changing circumstances.
- Feelings of emptiness, purposelessness, victim-hood.
- Rigidity, confusion, lethargy, restlessness.
- Lack of humor.
- Addictions due to inner feelings of lack and the sense of separateness.
- Sexual impotence and frigidity due to repressed emotions and fear of sexual issues.
Chakra 2 Physical Imbalances
Uterine, bladder, kidney problems, stiff lower back. Sexual difficulties.
Chakra 1 - Root Recoils
Trembling and visible movements of the legs, knees, ankles, feet and toes.
Again, similar to Chakra 7, recoils can manifest as an imaginary personal “connection” to a specific Deity, accompanied by the false notion that the Deity is treating me by using my unique hand gestures.
When recoils express repeating motion patterns at the end of every contact demo or each Stillness Touch session, after taking the hands off it is inertial motion. Why? Because when bodily motions repeat the same pattern over and over, it is inertial motion. Living motions are ever-new never repeating fractal patterns. Inertial (anti-life) motions are repeating reflexes from the nervous system (See Chapter 3 Chart in Stillness Touch).
Chakra 1 Mental-Emotional Imbalances
- No access to one's personal power, no initiative.
- Unable to individuate or break away from inherited family, tribal, racial or social attitudes, beliefs, and behavior patterns.
- Out of touch with nature, loss of contact with the earth.
- Denial of the physical body's needs.
- A sense of lack, a belief that one does not deserve to have love.
- Attachment, clinging, grasping, and hoarding.
- Over-emphasis on physical survival, finances, possessions, material comfort, security.
- A felt-sense of powerlessness. To overcompensate we need to exert power or control over others; feelings of being overpowered by someone or something outside oneself; a need to possess others as objects; an urge to dominate, manipulate, or destroy.
- Feelings of being overwhelmed by the intensity of life.
- Feelings of alienation or separation.
- Unable to deal responsibly with the basic details of daily life.
- Restlessness, inability to focus upon tasks, lack of patience, stability, groundedness, and consistency.
- Self- centeredness, fear, insecurity, frustration, anger.
- Violence, greed, and delusion.
- Too much inertia or lethargy.
- No desire to change, or to expand one's consciousness.
Chakra 1 Physical Imbalances:
Tension in the spine. Lower back pain. Sciatica. Constipation, rectal, gut, and digestive problems. Problems with the bones, legs, knees. Eating disorders.
Now let's address some of the other issues that may arise when we dwell in one or the other polarity of rear or desire rather than in-between both amid a deep neutral called sacred repose.
Suppose you were make a declaration to never trust anyone blindly, which is a healthy impulse. To apply this principle of 'there no Guru out there, it is in here' in your everyday life is a sign that Shiva is an active principle in your consciousness.
It is NOT appropriate in our modern times to blindly trust or follow anyone: Guru days are OVER.
The modern Soul’s path to enfleshment is rooted in a mutual union of body, consciousness, and love with others.
I am happy to offer Private Intensives, because it can illuminate aspects of our true nature and our 'given' which programs or codes our software operating system. Given that Stillness Touch is path is for Knowing Thyself, such revelations are satisfying.
Stillness Touch is a laying on of the hands
It is not cranial osteopathy
We do learn specific contacts to touch ossification points but not to heal
The Grail Journey is not a comfortable, love, light, bliss-filled exploration into the disembodied ascending planes where we forever unite with the Luminous Deities.
Rather, the Grail Journey is uncomfortable because, by design, it exposes the hidden places in our body that recoil us away from the unerring potency, the neutral, the midline, wholeness, and love.
If we observe the recoils in each chakra, we can see where in the body and on which domain of consciousness we reject fundamental aspects of our true nature. What are these fundamental aspects?
Below are examples of polar opposite principles that revolve around a neutral midline of stillness:
Masculine - Neutral - Feminine
Consciousness - Midline - Love
Ida - Sushumna - Pingala
Right - Midline - Left
Shiva - Sushumna - Shakti
Our fundamental principle:
reposing in polar opposite
masculine and feminine principles
that surround the midline of stillness,
is the neutral or Sushumna.
During a Private Intensive, one aspect of our Grail Journey we can opt to explore is biography work, which include aspects of our core erotic wound traumas. For example, I may ask whether or not you let the Shiva or the Shakti inside. If that goes nowhere, with permission, I may confront you in a direct personal way to provoke an honest response to illuminate a hidden truth. I will clearly state that I am personally asking you 'what if' questions that are designed to provoke an honest answer - to tell the truth without Fear of Loss. If this reveals a deep truth, for example with regards to a 'bottom line’ such as 'I will never let the Shiva in' then a direct enquiry is worth the risk of being misinterpreted.
If a direct confrontation successfully unveils a harsh reality, it is worth it. For example, let's look at the consequences of a 'what if' situation.
Let's say I took a permanent life-long vow 'I will never let the Shiva in'
Given that vow, and if you were to ask me if I would be happy to navigate it, I'd say yes, if our shadow navigation brought to light an event that evoked my trauma and the subsequent fear that led me to take a life-long vow to shut out 50% of my true nature - the Shiva - or consciousness. On one hand, it is satisfying because direct questions expose the strength of the "vow" I took. Yet, do you suppose that knowing someone shuts out the Shiva makes me “happy"? It breaks my heart. Why?
Because NOT letting the Shiva all the way into my body guarantees that I loose access to my midline, and I become a victim to the harshness of modern life, and stuck in the hyperfeminine complex.
Hyperfeminine
This will not be pleasant to read, but if we vow to shut out the Shiva, it leads to the hyperfeminine disposition. This state of consciousness implies an utter collapse of the will, which leaves us helpless and thus unable to take a stand. In other words, we would be incapable of taking such a stand as the Buddha's vow 'I will not move' in response to being taunted by horrifying Demons (fear) or tempted by the beautiful Dakinis (desire).
The Hyperfeminine disposition is epidemic in "New Age" places like the San Francisco Bay Area, where they ‘think' they are enlightened by the Goddess.
Unfortunately, if we are stuck in a hyperfeminine disposition, it leaves us vulnerable, helpless, and unable to navigate the harsh realities of modern society by ourselves. In fact, we are unable to thrive on our own in the modern world, so we repeatedly ask other people to rescue us!
Have you experienced or seen this?
Hypermasculine
By contrast, the hypermasculine disposition thrives in modern society. For example, one student attended a Stillness Touch class, and spent all their free time trolling the streets in Prague to find dates. The result: the person slept in class during the meditation and session exchanges. Spending energy on dating, instead of concentrating on studying Stillness Touch is due to a hypermasculine wound.
You may not like reading this, but if you have been lured by someone who dwells in the hypermasculine field, and it deeply influences you, it confesses a lack discernment.
Having no discernment is one of the wounds or consequences of banishing the Shiva. Another, more serious, side-effect of not letting Shiva in is there is little or no illumination of our shadows that prevent Wholeness.
Why? Because the Shiva is the illuminative principle of consciousness.
If we consciously choose to banish the Shiva or the Shakti unconditionally and life-long, then it is correct to cease your training in Stillness Touch.
