Cahier de Pratique: Meditations for Practitioners. This is a beautiful French translation by Olivier Forteau, who translated Stillness.
Meditations for Practitioners, beautifully translated into German by Sabine Tobi Müller.
For practitioners: contains detailed meditations, midline washes, and observation exercises to develop your heart as an organ of perception. It thoroughly outlines how to "become neutral," which is the cornerstone of a Biodynamic Cranial Touch Practice.
This is the glossary that the publishers edited out of Stillness, yet it remains an integral part of this work. Comprised of terms of the most recent findings of new science that are pertinent to biodynamics.
Required for the Stillness Touch Class, this e-Book is a rewrite of "Stillness: Biodynamic Cranial Practice and the Evolution of Consciousness." Stillness Touch is for anyone interested in learning how to offer touch as a gift of love from the heart.
This is a rewrite of 'Stillness Practices For Practitioners' It is specifically for the interested general public, or for those who take the Stillness Touch Class.
Part 1 outlines how to establish the vital disposition of innerness before touching. Part 2 Meditation is a continuation of this same talk (27 minutes).
Continues Part 1 Fundamental Disposition, this is a preliminary meditation that prepares a practitioner to offer a biodynamic cranial session for the evolution of consciousness (25 minutes).
Nervous system wash of awareness through the brain and spinal cord, bottom dropping out into the core of the earth, returning to SA node (6 minutes).
Notochord wash from the crown, third ventricle, sphenoid, vertebra to the coccyx, and dropping down to the core of the earth, returning to SA node (6 minutes).
Gut wash: Awareness suffuses the entire digestive system - mouth, throat, stomach, liver, gallbladder, spleen, pancreas, kidneys, intestines, bottom dropping out, and returning to SA node (7 minutes).
Access your invisible midline, breathe from the SA node, breathe into contracted areas, and allow the inner field to expand into the room (5 minutes).
Accessing midline with body-felt sense: A short, three and half minute guided meditation, connecting to the midline, inner breathing, body felt sense, and abiding in the SA node (3 minutes).
Opening the three midline centers: opening crown of the head, breathing into the third ventricle, dropping the breath into the heart space, and then down into the belly as inner body breathing. Next, synchronize all three centers together, becoming aware of all three breathing portals at the same time. Allowing the inner breath to fill the rest of the body, and finally, inner breath fills the room, uniting inner and outer (14 minutes).
Whole body breathing: The foundation of our practice, from which all others build upon. A brief discussion about whole body breathing, connecting to midline, spherical breathing in the belly to the back of heart, and recognizing the fluid inner breath (10 minutes).
