Required for Kripalu's Class, this e-Book is a rewrite of "Stillness: Biodynamic Cranial Practice and the Evolution of Consciousness." Stillness Touch is for anyone interested in learning how to offer touch as a gift of love from the heart.
Beautiful French Translation of Stillness by Olivier Fourteau.

This is a rewrite of 'Beyond Stillness' specifically for the general public taking Stillness Touch classes. 'Beyond Stillness' is a professional book written for practitioners.
2009 Revised Edition: This is for practitioners. Contains detailed meditations, midline washes, and observation exercises that help you develop your heart as an organ of perception, and it thoroughly outlines "Becoming the neutral," which is the cornerstone of Biodynamic Cranial Touch as I teach it.
This is the glossary that the publishers edited out of Stillness, yet it remains an integral part of this work. Comprised of terms of the most recent findings of new science that are pertinent to biodynamics.
